Perfect Money – description of the payment system.
Perfect Money – is an international electronic payment system through the Internet, founded in 2007, and until recently, competed with Liberty Reserve in the field of anonymous electronic payments on the Internet. It is logical that after the closure of Liberty Reserve, the popularity of the Perfect Money payment system among Internet users has increased significantly.
Since anonymous payments on the Internet are prohibited by the laws of the United States and most EU countries, payment system owners have registered their company in an offshore zone – in Panama, where there are no such prohibitions. The present, and not legal, location of the company is not known for certain, although the owners themselves claim that their office is located in Switzerland, which many people naturally doubt, given the strict financial laws of this country. 1. How to register in the system PerfectMoney
Go to the main page of the payment system using the link;
In the top menu, select “Registration” ;
On the page that opens, fill in all the fields marked with a red asterisk (select “Personal” as the type of account), preferably in English. Having filled in the fields, click the “Register” button;
After that, an email will be sent to your email address specified during registration, which will indicate your personal number in the system (ID number or ID client).

2. Perfect Money – Account verification
In principle, the payment system allows you to deposit / withdraw funds using an unverified account, however, this entails a number of inconveniences for the user:
- The system commission for internal transfers for an unverified account is 2% of the amount of funds transferred; at the same time, the commission for a verified account is 0.5%;
- Funds of a user with an unverified account can be blocked at any time if the system suspects that the user is committing fraudulent activities. To unlock the funds you will need to go through the verification procedure.
The verification process itself, as well as registration, is also simple and consists in downloading a scan of your passport, any receipt for payment of something, where your name and address are indicated, and indicating the mobile phone number.
To get started, log in to your account and in the “Client Zone” menu, click on the “Change Settings” link.
On the page that opens, find the “Account Verification” item and click on the “Verification Management” link.
